    I worked at ACE*COMM

    Pros

Good professional opportunities, many knowledgeable, experienced employees at the "worker" level. International opportunities a plus. Rise in potential government contracts a plus.

    Cons

When I was there, the founder ran the company, and was not engaged in the key issues, would not fund product development, and the other executives would not "rock the boat" either. There is a new CEO now and President, so things may be different.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

new lines of business and new product initiatives need to be funded and backed by management, or they will fail.

    No opinion of CEO
