Pros

everyone is very respectful and generally easy going, there are opportunities to work on different types of projects, and feedback is provided

Cons

it is a very corporate atmosphere, pay raises and bonuses are difficult to obtain lately, can become somewhat monotonous at times

Advice to Senior Management

I would say that management does a good job at defining someone's role within the organization, but often makes it very difficult to move laterally within the organization.

Pros

It's not terrible. Benefits are a bit better than average. The ESIS division gets little respect within the company; other ACE employees appear more satisfied. Better than average computer resources

Cons

Overemphasis on short-term profits at the expense of investment in personnel, processes, and organization

Advice to Senior Management

Sell ESIS so you can stop treating its employees like second class citizens
