Internal opportunity allays available. The company helps with training and empowerment. Management is responsive and sensitive to demands of employees. Overall good place.

Advice to Senior Management
Try to get more involved in understanding what employees are doing and comunicate more often and on a consistent basis with all.
Pros
There are some great people that work there and the lower ranks all want to do a great job. They can be a great company. Talented and experienced operations people that have the ability to make good business decisions on a daily basis if management would allow it.
Cons
Management does not communicate well with employees but they want to control all things. Very little decision making is drilled down to lower levels. Performance communication is poor. Very little training and skill development is encouraged. HIgh level of political strategy of which executive can out maneuver the other without regards to what is good for the business. High turnover!
Advice to Senior Management
Be clear on the roles and objectives of the company. Communicate the vision and direction. The President is an absentee employee. You never see him or hear from him.
