    Decent salary, hardworking teams and select co-workers.

    Cons

    CEO is an absolute awful human being, and is surrounded by a large clique of worthless executives who make ungodly amounts of money compared to the value they bring.

    Work from home and PTO

    Cons

    They under pay employees, Sr Mgmt verbally abuses employees, constant layoffs, PDM is a nightmare to manage (spend more time creating useless do then actually coding, testing or managing risks and issues)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    All employees should be respected at all time. Promoting employees and not giving them a raise to at least met the min of the job needs to be stopped. Create a culture of employee comradely vs one where people do not like to ask for help or lend help for fear of being ridiculed. Get rid of the constant compliance nightmare you have.

    Great people who actually do the work.

    Cons

    Staff who actually do the work are under appreciated. Sr. Management ineffective in properly motivating staff. Fear based. Far to many layoffs. For a global company there are very averse to remote support.

    Pros

    Good health benefits, wfh is allowed.

    Cons

    Senior management is clueless (look at review from VP on October, 2014) as far as managing people. Everyone is reduced to a number and a metric To much overhead to get the job done in a proper amount of time. Upper management sits in their cocoon in Naples/Waltham/Omaha and has no clue as to how other offices work, loves to toot their own horn, and very arrogant. Bonuses are not common outside of upper management which creates a very poor working atmosphere. Will set a policy but change it very quick if not perceived to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn how to treat and compensate your employees as equals. A thank you does not help with boosting your employees bottom line. Learn how to take criticism without getting offended because someone does not agree with your view of the world. This is how companies/people grow and make things better.

    Good work/life balance and benefits. Telecommuting is available for certain positions.

    Cons

    Not enough resources to manage all the internal processes, which causes delays in delivery to customers. Those who set up the processes are disconnected from the impacts to customers.

    Set up process management with the goal of improved customer support guiding decision making.

    Depending on the group you're with, the people are great and you could end up with a supportive manager. WFH is accepted and encouraged.

    Cons

    Where to begin....If you are ambitious and want to climb, this may not be a great fit.

    Reducing people to numbers and stats does not win the hearts and minds of your integers...I mean employees.

    1. Co-workers are hard working but may be not in a position to help you
    2. Option to work from home

    Cons

    1. No respect for employees
    2. Suck the blood of employees at any cost to meet insane deadlines mentality
    3. Lack of proper management of the projects despite managers working years in the company
    4. Senior leadership just want bonuses and promotions, so they push the projects with insane deadlines
    5. No company values or long term vision and just haphazard way of growing
    6. Forget about work-life balance and prepare to work 24 x 7 x 365

    1. Treat employees with respect
    2. Provide work-life balance
    3. Give your managers professional training so that they can manage employees well
