Pros
State of the art building.
Spacious Work Areas
Decent benefits.
On-site cafeteria.
Excellent support staff
I've worked at worse places. Met some great people here.

There's no accountability for Sales Reps to complete their training so if you have to interact with them that can be very annoying & frustrating.
Average pay.
Advice to Senior Management
Increased salaries for employees would increase employee retention.
If you ask for employee input try taking their advice into consideration.
Pros
Casual dress, Employer sponsored sports teams, use of Company suite at Time Warner arena.
On-site cafe and employee discounts.

Rapid turnover, incompetent senior managers. Promotions based on friendship and not employees' merit. Confused environment with lack of training.

Hire competent senior management and base merit increases on performance. Provide better training for employees to keep skills current.

If you wish to travel and gain experience it's not a bad place.

To put people wth deep domain expertise only on as senior managers on projects. Also not allow any feedback into the system unless discussed upfront with the concerned employees. Do a upward feeback form for senior managers.

You are making money with helping people save/or help you while they are spending money they are already spending on monthly household/personal services. And the team support work.

I can't really think of anything that stands out for the Cons. All MLM business have the purpose to get people under you to make more money. This job is something that we use anyway, so it isn't that conning.

work more in the midwest region of the US cause that is the foundation of the world (where food and other things r passed along throughout the world

lack of work life balance. The promotion cycle is based on rankings which can be a little stressful.

Continue allowing new employees alot of challenge and responsibility as that is the best way to encourage growth and employee engagement.

Flexibility and always challenging to get projects done. Since there is lack of direction, it leave room for employee to learn and gain great experience.
Cons
Lack of communication and direction from management. No feedback -- ever. They want projects done but do not take into consideration the time needed from FTE employees in other departments.

COMMUNICATE to your employee and direct reports. Get rid of the cry babies and promote or hire qualified talent.
