I have been working at ACN part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Such a great company to work for. You control how much money you want to make and are your own boss. Such a great environment with supportive people.

    Cons

You need to put in the work and have to be motivated and not afraid to fail. You can face a lot of rejection from people.

I have been working at ACN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great company have not had any trouble with services and its what you put in it if you don't work no progress I see long term for this company and if they can't beat their price then they get a gift card

    Cons

need train employees on products and services so that can help their clients to know what their getting

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work

    Pros

The business model is great, and the people are great. Training on the services is available in the Back Office site; however, it could have been more comprehensive/updated.

    Cons

My biggest issue is that after I signed on, I found out that most of the most popular services were not available in my rural area, which put a huge kink in being able to sell services and recruit others to join the team.

    Advice to Management

Be up front to those in rural areas that they are at a distinct disadvantage. Perhaps charge a lesser licensing fee since only about half of the services are available to sell.

    Pros

Success is not guaranteed, but if you work it works

The new compensation plan is amazing ! You continue to impress me.

I have been working at ACN part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

An amazing compensation and continues to grow and get better and better, with a easy way to create a residual income.

    Cons

Your compensation is directly connected to the work you do within ACN. If you don't acquire services, you don't get paid.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, if anyone has a problem with ACN, their either not following the clear cut cookie cutter system, or their not business ownership material and needs to get a job where someone else determine how much there work is worth.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at ACN full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and really good agents and managers.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing for no reason. There are just too many to mention.

    Advice to Management

Round table ideas before throwing them on the floor expecting everyone to make themselves crazy trying to put them into effect because more often than not, the ideas were not well thought out and never go anywhere.

I worked at ACN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

no really best reason of working there, but get pay

    Cons

ACN does not have a good policy on how to manage poeple their call center is build in the way agent come to leave, you can not make carrer over ACN, the Supervisor are not knownlegeable as long as you know how to get agent work without questioning what going on you are a good Manager. there is no real bonus

    Advice to Management

employees are human being not machine, number does not really reflect the performence of an agent. we understand the importance of customer service but rating call quality in the ACN way does not do any good to the Business , customer are not satisfy because you put to much empathy during the call, customer service is an Art that you have or not. please chose some one with a degree and knowledge
