“Work atmosphere at ACOG”
Current Employee – been working at ACOG
Pros – Very easy environment to work in. Upper management stays close with all of the employees and is generous in terms of work load, time off, etc.
Cons – There is very little room for advancement within the company, because the majority of the higher positions require a medical degree in the field.
Advice to Senior Management – With the recent approval of a for-profit section of the company, new positions should be explored for current employees to move into.

“Overall people are happy working here and supporting the women's health mission.”
Current Employee – been working at ACOG
Pros – Benefits and salaries are good. 35 hour work week and most are allowed flex work schedules.
Cons – Treatment (flex schedules, salary/bonuses) vary greatly between departments. Most departments are very supportive and generous.
Groups work in 'silos' with little or no communication.
Advice to Senior Management – Consistency and communication.
