    Pros

    Great co-workers! HR tries to keep spirits up by planning fun activities, christmas parties, etc.

    Cons

    Disorganized, no communication or very limited, very limited possibility for raises and no real room for growth into a supervisor/management postition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees, especially when you solicit feedback! Don't assume that you are communicating to all staff via managers or supervisors.

    Pros

    The schedule is pretty flexible and discipline is rare and meaningless. Getting fired from here takes a fairly massive mess up or really not getting along with the other team members.

    Cons

    Everything that isn't a flexible schedule or how hard you have to work to get fired. Managers that scheme and lie, a CEO that is completely out of touch and easily swayed by schemers and liars. Politics and personal vendettas rule the day-to-day and nepotism is the only way to meaningful promotion. ACT is a truly execrable and toxic environment. Computers and systems never work, IT is a joke here. Raises are non-existent. Reviews are forcibly downgraded by the VP of operations, who honestly seems to feel that rating hard working employees a 1 on a 1 to 4 scale (where 1 is "awful" and 4 "Excellent") is a motivator and that 4 is "Never to be used, in any case." It doesn't matter how good an employee you are, you will *never* get a good review here. Thus you will never get a raise or promotion. Make good financial sense, but means the company cannot retain any decent employees, and thus is doomed in the long run. The current owner intended to sell the company a couple of years ago, according to his 'town hall' meetings. I'm not surprised he hasn't, I can't imagine anyone would want to buy this global mess.

    Get out. You are ruining a once-capable company and hundreds of lives world-wide. No one enjoys working for a pack of lying, disingenuous, and selfish bosses.
