The office is somewhat stagnant, and there is a general lack of board support and involvement. The work becomes repetitive very quickly.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more opportunities for professional development for your employees, since bonuses, raises, and other compensation is so limited. Set a vision for the organization - it lacks a true growth strategy, and without a clear path the employees feel lost and uninspired.
