Pros
They have an excellent benefits package and 401(k) matching option.
Cons
ADM requires too many hours of their salaried employees. I am required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week. I would think that 42 should be the minimum with extra a plus...
Advice to Senior Management
Employees should be treated as you would like to be treated. They need time to decompress from work and time to spend with their families. Burned out employees make mistakes and mistakes lead to accidents.
