    Pretty good work environment / freedom


    Low Pay, High pressure to sell, quotas set unrealistic, no perks or extras, management clueless

    Advice to Management

    Get your act together in terms of company direction, management training growth and quota targets. Also, if you want qualified people you need to up the pay and bebefits.
