    Pros

As a corporation ADP has the tools to make them successful as a payroll company inluding capital, technology and Human Capital.

    Cons

Territories are completely unfair, Manager is unethical on sooo many levels.Service department is rude to their clients, too many payroll processing errors and not all payroll taxes are even covered for the State of Nevada. Many good employees are not appreciated and as a result they have a high turnover rate therefore, CPAs complain of the constant revolving door of reps and the inability to assit their clients correctly.

    Advice to Management

If you're going to micro-manage, micro-manage your Sales Managers and offer equal opportunities to all your Sales Reps. Human Capital is important therefore, happy employees equals client retention. Hire a Lean Six Sima Specialist to help stop wasting money where it does not need to be spent, ensure that good ethics are taught. True benchmarking should be done against the competition to ensure the best possible service is provided to clients. Solution is simple!
