Pros
Positive corporate atmosphere
Growing, well respected in industry
Proud company
Not the largest but one of the most well respected firms in the industry
Cons
There literally are very few. If we were a bigger company, perhaps we would have more revenue and could pay slightly higher salaries, but that in and of itself is not a fair statement, because our pay is good and the opportunities to earn more are abundant.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what you are doing and keep treating us with the open respect that you do and we will continue to help the organization grow.
