Pros – There was some opportunity for growth. In general the staff were friendly and progressive.
Cons – Some of the project managers were too hierarchical and stifled idea generation from staff members.

Pros – great memories of principals who fought to make the Sacramento office a great place to work.
Cons – It's now owned by AECOM and the staff that actually does the work are way over worked, under compensated, and under appreciated.

Former Employee – worked at AECOM as an intern for less than a year
Pros – mentorship, breadth of experiences, ownership of projects, great locations, respect for hours worked as an intern
Cons – not much interaction between different departments

Cons – the structure is very terrible
Advice to Senior Management – need more respect, more transparent
