I have been working at AECOM full-time

    Pros

Good work-life balance. Friendly management. Pay is average.

    Cons

Pay can be increased. Legacy URS companies are merging and cultures are somewhat clashing. If you are in between projects, the work can be mundane helping others out.

    Advice to Management

Hold business development more accountable to obtain the opportunities to bid on projects.
