Startup company hence good exposure. Started with an impact in the market.
Cons
Too aggressive and wants immediate results without enough long term strategic focus.
Advice to Senior Management
"The best leaders inspire by example. When thats not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well, too..!!" This is the current philosophy which needs to change immediately if you want to build a world class company.
