Pros – Great Co-Workers but Limited Opportunity for advancement
Cons – Small no room to move up
Advice to Senior Management – Better Communication
Pros – There are a couple of very nice people working for this company that makes the job somewhat bearable. If you're looking for a really easy job, this is for you.
Cons – The job itself is very easy but very boring, you make phone calls and answer phone calls from 8 AM - 4 PM everyday. If you don't mind that, then this job is perfect for you. Management says some very unprofessional things about their customers, their own manufacturing employees and past employees. Very poor training in an industry where a base knowledge of seating and positioning is essential to be successful and competent in the industry. Training is not consistent from employee to employee; employees contradict each other. Management does not follow through on the training schedule set up for employees. There is a huge emphasis on the quantity of phone calls but not the quality of phone calls made. If you are applying to this company be sure to ask about how you will be compensated and know their policy on sick and vacation days in your first year of employment.
Advice to Senior Management – Better communication with your employees is essential. A much better, real comprehensive training program is needed to build up a company of competent employees. You focus far too much on the quantity of phone calls made and not nearly enough on the quality of phone calls made. Don't talk bad about your customers and your own manufacturing employees, they're the ones keeping you in business.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
