    Engineer II

Engineer II (Former Employee) Buchanan, MI

ProsWorked with a lot of good people. As an engineer we had a number of interesting projects. Working in the nuclear industry offered a lot of advancement opportunities, because of the aging workforce.

ConsThere was way too much bureaucracy. It was hard go get anything done, and slow. As a young engineer, this was very frustrating.

Advice to Senior ManagementManage. There are a lot of management, morale boosting, and other techniques out there. Use them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
