    Pros

Vast exposure, good learning opportunities, multidirectional work exposure, friendly culture.

    Cons

Ambiguity and pressure. Lack of proper training and grooming.

    Advice to Management

It is a great opportunity for young professionals however you need to ensure that skill development and grooming is a structured processed and not ad-hoc as it seems to be for now.

    Pros

    Culture, Benefits, great co-workers.
Exposure to different verticals through Internal Mobility, complete transparency provided by the management. Senior Management Exposure, Global Company. Supportive management. Best place for freshers to start their career. Excellent peer group, hire from Top B schools.

    Cons

The environment could be a little competitive which might turn off few people who cannot take pressure

    Advice to Management

They already realized and started making required changes

    Pros

Free lunches, how to sell air (HR consulting / HR advisory) to organizations who are not aware and tell them its a life saver.
    More free lunches.

    Cons

Not a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone's very pretentious. One can sense a certain insecurity here. A jungle's culture will be better than this place. Highly authoritative and autocratic work culture. Brain washing, demoralizing and low self esteem are some of the few things one notices in everyone around. Disparity in salaries in the value chain, unjust rankings. Hiring on basis of low IQ, high emotional dependency, people who are not self aware, need a lot of sympathy. Reason why such people are hired is they are easy to control.

    Advice to Management

The management cannot take any advice.

    Pros

Great Exposure, Great learning experience, exceptional work atmosphere. I think there should be a special mention to the culture in the organization, you end up feeling like you are working in a family environment rather than an office.

    Cons

Very Challenging nature of work, constant pressure. The nature of the work keeps evolving/changing and that can be unsettling at time. Also since the company is very young, i feel its trying to do too much, too soon and hence there is a constant work pressure on the employees.

    Advice to Management

Have more people in the middle management role for smoother distribution of work and organizational functioning.
