    I worked at AG Interactive full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great group of people to work with. Fun products. Creative atmosphere. Smart people. Competitive salaries and benefits.

    Cons

    Leadership was moved under corporate and there is a bit of a disconnect from reality. What made it fun place to work (the .com feel) has been slowly removed. A feeling that your job is at risk every day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on providing a great customer experience that works well. Not on offering a little bit of everything, done poorly.
