Current Employee – been working at AGC full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Strong product portfolio and a few core glass makers still employed.

Cons – Utterly incompetent executives. Bleeding money.

Advice to Senior Management – Promote old AFG expert glass makers to executive positions and then immediately fire yourselves. Eliminate entire executive and Alpharetta staff. Or sell off North America while you still can.

Pros – Management is usually flexible about time. Vacation is satisfactory and management mostly approves vacation timing.

Cons – Too much work without reward. Hard to get promotion.

Advice to Senior Management – Recognize and reward the work.

Pros – fair management and lots of sincere support shown from management, can motivate employees which is a plus. Trainings are provided in regular basis

Cons – different politics and a lot of processes need to be followed and executed which may decrease the efficiency as a result.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to show support, offer opportunities to all the employees, provide more training and keep up all the good work.
