Pros – Lot's of opportunity, but as with any job, you success will be proportional to your effort. If you are at the beginning of your career, you can learn a lot in a short period of time, if you are willing to stretch your comfort zone.

Cons – Work loads are cyclical, so there are periods of intense work with periods of stagnation. If you have poor time management skill, you may feel over burdened.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue focusing on employee perks and training programs. There is a lot of knowledge worth retaining.

Pros – small, stable company in great location with great benefits and holidays. flexible hours and nice people. good IT team has made lots of improvements lately. overall a decent place to work and they have not been affected by the economic downturn.

Cons – some politics and favoritism by senior management. needs better standards across teams. some teams have better working environment than others. this company has cons just like any other place but they could be removed if senior management tried.

Advice to Senior Management – Senior management, you have good people working there. Listen to them more. this is a good company but it could be great if you address some obvious issues and stop ignoring them. stop looking for the next cool thing and improve what you have there now. you might be pleasantly surprised by what gems you already have,

Pros – small company if you like that. There are some great people there.

Cons – hardware and software is subpar, demands are to produce top notch results with little or no willingness to invest time and/or money to get them. mgmt seems incapable of saying anything other than "yes" to all client requests, then demands the teams work overtime to solve the crisis they have created.

Advice to Senior Management – stop ignoring the fact that you have become a software and web shop and not just a payment processing center!

Pros – Flexible hours; good family/work balance

Cons – lower salaries compared to similar jobs in other companies; no match on 401K, benefit package is not up to par

Advice to Senior Management – organization is very flat; allowing and supporting moves between teams would help reduce burn out
