    Pros

I am hard pressed to find any Pro's for this company, but I will say there were a few managers that legitimately wanted to help their subordinates, and increase the productivity of their team.

    Cons

Horrible management top-to-bottom, treated like scum, unethical business practices, work release inmates working by your side, played games with money owed, hostile work environment, blatant drug use throughout the organization (I witnessed several drug overdoses while working there), managers were too insecure in there own skills and company status to cultivate employees with obvious assets to contribute.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Completely overhaul your entire approach to sales, marketing, and work environment.

    Pros

Anyone can get hired regardless of background. Felons, Drug Problems, doesn't matter. Can't get a job anywhere else then apply for AGR Nevada.

    Cons

They practice the L. Ron Hubbard sales techniques (Scientology) which is form of control where they promote and demote on a daily basis. One day you are a manager or higher and the next you are demoted to the phones when they don't hit there daily target. Bizarre endless cycle. No benefits, no vacation time, no sick time for hourly workers, exempt get 5 sick days/yr but you can only use one day per month. They fire at will daily if they think you are not producing enough in a very short period of time. Extreme stress for a played out industry for energy deregulated states.

    Pros

    NO PROS of any kind

    Cons

Place is run like an episode of "boyz in the Hood". Reps and managers on the floor wear a shirt and tie, but then wear thick gold chains and medallions over thier shirts! Swearing, talk about sex and drugs at a shouting volume. NO ONE here as a manager has any real management skill. NO professionalisim AT ALL! Also, NO direct deposit, and NO benefits even for full time employees.

    Pros

It was a job close to home, when I needed to be centrally located. I had a seven mile drive to work.

    Cons

No training, no HR support, very unproffessional. Disrespectful loud working conditions. Constant pay and compensation cuts. No benefits. Very noticably not a Drug Free workplace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no real management structure. They hire glorified phone reps to manage.

    Pros

Good place to get paid well. Numerous opportunities to his commission. Room for growth in the company. Work environment is loud and fast paced which is good for people who work well in that type of environment.

    Cons

Telemarketing is difficult and a high stress job overall. Sales can be difficult at times and discouraging. Some staff is helpful while others may not be.

    Pros

They hire almost everyone for limited time period. Your lengivity is short lived. They send their employees home after two hours, very stressful. Lunch is 30 minutes, no breaks, dress code has been bumped up. They pay $9.00 per hour and these people are happy to have a job.

    Cons

They fire almost everyone if you cannot conform to their stringent way of thinking within 3 week. You are monitored every second. The supervisor's work 1-8 ratio and are really under the gun to perform.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work with your employees more
