Current Employee – been working at AGSI Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Strong Fed Gov't contractor. Small family workplace but work hard and get rewarded. Not corporate luxury but you reap what you sow. I really get a sense of pride when I am putting rewarded for my hard work. Relaxing atmosphere. I was tired of the corporate political red tape and now I feel like my work is important, I'm not a number, and I'm making a difference.

Cons – no cons, great place to work

Current Employee – been working at AGSI Systems full-time for more than a year

Pros – In a rural town and an easy commute for people living in the NOVA suburbs. Sufficient parking for 10-15 cars. Relaxed dress code.

Cons – Building hygiene is below par (HVAC filter is clogged with years of dust). We lost our 5 top sales people in 4 months. High turnover and high tension workplace. I cannot list this company on my resume and hear the owner constantly plotting against former employees and vendors (which creates fear and discomfort among employees).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
