    Good place to learn

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

Prosgreat place to learn, pick up new skill sets and improve your resume to jump ahead in a different role & company in the future

Conslacks organization, don't plan on staying here for long; most people either get cut before they reach 1 year or quit soon thereafter.

    Worst place to work for

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFree lunch Wednesday and good location

ConsThe finance boss is a terrible emotional older lady. The place is disorganized and recently laid of half the company. The vibe is young and immature.

    Advice to Senior ManagementQuit.

Total disorganized; a lot of the staff have no idea what they are doing

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsLovely location in downtown Manhattan
    Lovely office w/kitchen
    CEO brought in inspiring speakers
    Close to everything
    CEO smiles a lot

    ConsSome lazy, incompetent staff
    Very cliquey, like high school
Does not act like a tech-based startup
    "Fingers crossed" style management
Amongst the highest turnovers of any company I've seen

Advice to Senior ManagementWish I had some. Wish you all the best, but I didn't like the way you treat people, and to attract and retain great tech talent you need to cater to that, not the "sample sale" crowd.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    High potential, young company

    ??? (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsThere is a lot to do, so you can really grow your skillset and advance here if you take on more responsibilities and execute well. The company is built on a cool idea - curated shopping for luxury goods - and it has a lot of potential to take off.

ConsStartups don't always have the best work life balance.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure you're always on the same page with each other.
