    Don't believe the hype

    Anonymous (Current Employee)

ProsIt's a job, can sort of help you pay a few bills, there's a few in each town

ConsPoor management, claims to care for individuals & staff but does otherwise, rude & disrespectful employees, favoritism, racist, sugarcoat nonsense, false claims, poor pay rate, few advancements, barely any incentives, poor use of individuals money, a lot of stuff swept under the rug, group/residents/workshops/homes dirty, so on & so forth

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Intern

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsExtreme Flexibility. Great place to do research. They have a strong work ethic ad value system. Diverse workforce that you have the opportunity to interact with.

ConsThere is absolutely no direction. You can work as little or as much as you want. If you have an issue it is hard to get someone to help you.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide more structure to the intern program. Once interns are there make sure that they are working. Provide more oversight to the program.

ConsInconsistency between actions towards customers & employees (do not treat employees fairly)
The culture is somewhat oppressive/doesn't promote advancement of minorities
