“Great place to Work”
Former Employee – worked at AHRI full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – If you get your work done, you have got regular 9-5 hours except during Annual and Spring Meeting preparation. Support in education/professional growth. Great people to work with.
Cons – Not a lot of upward mobility. You might get a title change but management seems happy where they are, so don't expect to move into their spots anytime soon.
Advice to Senior Management – You could not ask for better management. Not everything needs a meeting though.

“Nice place to work”
Current Employee – been working at AHRI
Pros – Great Work/Life balance, Good compensation package and benefits, (most)employees are great to work with, 35 hours / week, enough freedom for employees
Cons – not a great hierarchy for professional growth, a few employees are laid back and a few are dominating, bonuses are not great
Advice to Senior Management – You all are doing great , just make sure to have a good hierarchy
