    it's a great company in insurance industry and you will step into the insurance industry world and have an overview of what is going on in insurance products competition

    I worked at AIA Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The position is a Retail Sales role, aka. financial planner. If you do well, it's the the fastest and easiest way to earn money.

    Cons

    No professional exposure; Limited learning opportunities; Negative impact on your friendship

    Advice to Management

    Nothing left to say. Leaving the company is the best decision I have ever made. Probably I shouldn't start in the first place.

    AIA is a great place to work and full of opportunities. Freshers will surely be benefited from the training they provide and being able to learn from the industry best practice.

    Schedule is flexible enough to maintain good work-life balance.

    Cons

    Promotion is slow forthcoming and only if you recruit 3 qualified agents. Benefits can be acquired in managerial level only.

    - Prestigous company - Good benefit - Loyal employees

    Cons

    - A little boring work, technical is not very update (I worked in IT field) - Not having many opportunity for advancement. - Don't have any program to encourage employees to study further

    - Should support staff when they want to study further (go back to college/university, get certificate). - Should deligate more so that your people have room to develop and advance
