    Nice colleagues, nice atmosphere. Managers are encouraging.

    All about training classes in sales. If you are not interested, better let go.

    - A little boring work, technical is not very update (I worked in IT field)
    - Not having many opportunity for advancement.
    - Don't have any program to encourage employees to study further

    - Should support staff when they want to study further (go back to college/university, get certificate).
    - Should deligate more so that your people have room to develop and advance
