Pros
Work hours are pretty decent. 9-5 however they do expect you to check your blackberry 24-7. Even on vacation
Cons
Checking black berry 24-7. It became an addiction.
Pros
There is alot to learn at this company and many areas to branch off to if you do not like what you are doing.
Cons
I am not sure what I would give as a con at this moment. The only thing could be too large of a company to shine at times.
Advice to Senior Management
I would advise management to want to mentor and teach entry level or experienced professionals early in their career to advance.
Pros
International company, highly organized and structured, fast paced learning environment
Cons
Extremely long working hours, very impersonal management style where individual staff contribution is given low importance & recognition, etc.
Pros
Talented, dedicated and smart colleagues
Cons
Leadership inspiring in some areas, sorely lacking in others
Advice to Senior Management
Do what you say and say what you'll do.

- sense of belonging
Cons
- instability as to job security
- rather hieracharcial
Advice to Senior Management
- keep up the good work
Pros
a large company that offers lots of opportunities. People are very nice and many of them came from good backgrounds.
Cons
Many people are in different insurance --- insurance. Also the company is going down. no one knows what will it be in the next few years
Advice to Senior Management
Attract more competitive employees and increase the public image of the company. Try to invest more in the public media
Pros
The organization has flattened out quite a bit, allowing for autonomy and exposure to senior management. If you're vocal and immersed, you can create a fair amount of opportunity for yourself. In that sense, it can be a great fit for "on-the -job training."
Cons
Lack of formal training and career development. Flawed performance management. Horrible vacation policy.
Advice to Senior Management
Become more engaged with employees on every level in your respective units.
Pros
The people can be very nice at certin times especially during tougher times in your life.
Cons
The compensation is not as great as it ould be. They could provide more bnefits which would be great.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing yiur best to make things better in terjs of pay and benefits and overall workplace atmosphere.
