    Pros

SUPER DUPER GREAT CULTURE! Its all about teamwork and being agile. They make you feel at home with you having everything you need at your disposal without having to leave the office.

    Cons

Work hours seems to be forever, on going! Guess to work-life balance. Or at least that's how they make it seem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the culture, and the company can only get better.

    Pros

Loyal, good benefits, solid credit rating, growing public activists.

    Cons

Stigma to the name, no solid training programs in place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create training programs or manuals. Don't make it so hard to survive the first year of employment.

    Pros

Bonus, compensation, free lunches & dinner. The holiday parties were amazing. There was nothing else pro.

    Cons

Bonus = blood money, no room for family, destructive to personal lives, political to the max. Hours were inherently evil - days where I worked from 5:30am to 9pm and then some. Marriages dissolved like sugar in hot water, good people became overly materialistic as soon as first bonuses were handed out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire real Human Resources, adhere to laws - labor and otherwise - and ream out corruption.

    Pros

the illusion of professional advancement will keep one saddled even when reality struck and there is no realistic opportunities available. Loss of great technical expert due to bad management. good HSA plan.

    Cons

Bad promotional path, long hours, negative environment. When creating a team without organized planning and dedication. No need to say, experience was awful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership and ethics... what else to say and of course value your employees, not the ones you pay 120K and over.
