    great networking opportunities

    Cons

    Extremely poor communication

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share the goals, strategic direction, and vision from the top so that everyone knows what they are. Align & collaborate with the internal training teams in order to ensure knowledge retention and reduce turnover. Increased communication, truly ensure that everyone is open to sharing ideas, best practices, and knowledge in a comfortable environment. Poor communication is really a killer at this company.

Petty office politics and Groupism mainly because of lack of opportunities for people to grow, which makes more room for internal petty politics which is evident and openly shown.
