Pros
Great work-life balance
Very flexible regarding time-off or working from home when necessary
Hours are reasonable
People are really nice - haven't met many that I really didn't likeCons
No direction/leadership provided by senior management - things are constantly changing
Serious lack of communication from senior management regarding where the company is headed
No sense of urgency to make progress - very slow-paced environmentAdvice to Senior Management
Keep up the great work with the work-life balance culture, but please give your rank and file employees some direction. It is very difficult to work towards success for the company when we don't know how you define that.
