I have been working at AIM Specialty Health full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Staff has been there a long time and seems to like it there. If you are friends with the right people at the right time, you can be promoted.

I have been working at AIM Specialty Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

AIM Is a company that is constantly growing and expanding. Their training is amazing and really gets you prepared for the job and keep you knowledgeable throughout your time there. Everyone there is really personable and there is a great sense of comradery at all levels of the workforce.

    Cons

There are always growing pains when a company is starting out or expanding. Sometimes news/changes are lost in translation. People need to remember, as with any call center job (or ANY job at all), customer service plays a big role. The people who call in might not always be the most pleasant but it is your job to help them. There are limited opportunities for advancement but there are opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication across all levels is key!!!

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook

I have been working at AIM Specialty Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly people, lots of free food. Good facility.
The actual work is not bad either. Depending on the manager, there may or may not be flexibility.

    Cons

Not much career growth. Lots of people leaving because of that.
Bad commute to the city or going west.
Some departments hire people for no aparent reason. Other departments are understaffed.
    Management is undecisive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward those who truely deserve to be rewarded.
Manage employees better. Pay more attention to employee career growth and employee retention

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
  10.
