I worked at AIRCOM International (Less than a year)

    Pros

Knowledgeable, friendly, and diverse co-workers. Straightforward leads and supervisors with clear communication.

    Cons

Project was for major telecomm company who dropped the entire platform for the upgrade that the project team was working on. Due to that, my only complaint was that my stay there was so short and they didn't have any other placement for me.

    Pros

Work atmosphere was flexible and fairly layed back. Good place to get work experience. HR does a good job with company activities. Break room well stocked.

    Pros

It was good company before. It is not good since Teoco buy it.

    Cons

It's Teoco now. More than 100 employees have left Aircom, Gurgaon, India in last 8-9 months. All technical people have left. Now those who don't have a good degree and do not have the ability to find job outside or those who are good but working there due to personal reason are doing the job in Aircom.

    Advice to Management

    Do not mentally harass employees.o
