    ConsTEOCO just acquired AIRCOM. Extremely poor at providing training. Bonuses are not paid.

    ProsWork atmosphere was flexible and fairly layed back.
    Good place to get work experience.
    HR does a good job with company activities.
    Break room well stocked.

    ConsNature of job was fairly unforgiving with not a lot of learning curve.
    Work could get monotonous after a while not a lot of difference from day to day.
    No upward mobility.

    The management in Seattle did not keep promises

    ProsGood experience with big volume databases.
    Flexible work hours.
    Relatively good salary.
    Relatively good benefits except the health insurance, which was with a pre-existing condition waiting period.

    ConsNo employee recognition.
    Despite hard work no bonuses paid.
    Lack of management skills.
    Constant rush and pressure, short deadlines.
    Poor product quality.

    ProsCo workers are nice, flexible hours, was good to work with while in school.

    ConsBranch doesn't keep personal affairs out of the business. Will fire current employees with false reason to make room for others who need temporary positions.
