    Pros

Small company allows you to work on many different projects and wear different hats. Low pressure environment is good for learning new technologies.

    Cons

Since the company was small, there was not a lot of room to move up in the ranks. The company also didn't seem to have and desire to grow into a larger company.

    Advice to Management

Outside training on new technologies would have been useful. Also, more sharing of the big project plans would have been appreciated.
