Not horrible

ProsGood learning experience. Fast paced, sink or swim environment. Nice people to work with and great for networking. Overall not bad.

ConsThe pay is horrible. You work really hard and not compensated well for it. It seems like competitors pay signifigantly more.

Advice to Senior ManagementI would say offer more money before someone is walking out the door. By the time you resign it is too late.
