    Pros

Co workers were great. Benefits were great. Office life was okay. Co workers willing to work together, if needed. Pleasant environment.

I have been working at AIXTRON full-time

    Pros

    Good team- focused- hard working

    Cons

They work you to the bone. You have to fight for any raise. HR department operates on the premise that everyone is out to steal, lie, defraud the company! Where's the trust people?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote from within, be fair in your performance review process and increases. Reward your good people, not just the ones who are good at rubbing elbows w/the VP's
