Great big national brands to work with
Awesome planning department, really hispanic experts
Beautiful office and location
Cons – It's starting to get a corporate feeling, a bit less people oriented and more business
Not the place if you're looking to win awards as a creative
Not the most competitive salaries

Current Employee – been working at ALMA DDB
Pros – Work with great people. All of them are extremely capable, very intelligent. The place has a really cool atmosphere and the management team and people make it a very inspiring place to be. You can unleash your creative freedom.
Cons – Sometimes, in very few processes, very bureaucratic.
Advice to Senior Management – Have middle management make decisions faster and more efficiently.
