Clinical Trial Associate (Former Employee) Lexington, MA

ProsVery fast paced environment, many things to learn and many nice people. There is work on global projects. This is great place to get your foot in the door and gain experiences in clinical research that you may not have otherwise had.

ConsNot a lot of time for staff development and management could improve on professionalism to set an example to the rest of the staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementThink about your actions and what type of leadership you display. Management should work on more team building activities and think about the benefits of diversity and what it brings to a company.
