“AMC ENT”Pros
Very Very Very flexible schedule whenever you need time off just request it and you are most likely going to get it off
Cons
So many employees that its difficult to get over 15 hours however if you are one of the lucky ones you will get many hours.
Advice to Senior Management
Honestly allow the employees to bounce around at jobs. noone wants to just be stuck at one place the whole day.
