Pros
CETCO is excellent at developing and emphasizing R&D and coming out with innovative product lines. It stands behind its products with industry leading warranties.
Cons
CETCO has a many skilled and experienced managers who have been in place. This creates a potential glass ceiling scenario.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue emphasizing R&D and developing new product lines. CETCO should also continue to drive growth through its technical superiority and status as industry leader.

Pros
Associates were friendly and management tried to "like" the employees goving them outings and such.
Cons
Management looked to shed salary if employee was long in the tooth (read: higher on the salary scale).
Advice to Senior Management
Grow your employees and reward them, otherwise you lose the knowledge base and skill. You will waste time retraining new people.
