Pros
Professional work environment with adequate resources provided to complete a project.
Cons
Sometimes the environment is very political. Bonus compensation can be unrelated to work performed. Achievements not recognized.
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize achievement and use compensation to motivate achievement.
