AMD Reviews in Toronto, ON Area
-
Pros
The AMD environment is very open and friendly. The people are open to new ideas, and are always willing to improve.
Cons
The IT is a mess, and some people in the company are in positions that do not suit their specialization. The wages are also quite low, and the lack of capital hurts opportunities for promotions.
Advice to Senior Management
The mis allocation of resources is very pronounced. You need to hire people specialized in the jobs they are hired for, and reshuffle the groups to move the people that are not, into more interesting positions.
