    Nice people, salary within market range.

    Cons

    Corporate office doesn't seem to care about employees outside of their general area. Resistant to change - will only do things the way it's always been done. Everyone is stretched thin.

    Advice to Management

    Work with corporate to show them your employees are worth their time and effort.

    Benefits are OK; Stock fund in 401K excellent

    Constant turmoil to increase profits and reduce cost
