Pros – Great owners and benefits.. PTO is very good. Flexible work hours. Look to match people with right job.
Cons – Small company going through growing pains so there is not a full understanding on where to go and how to improve workflow causing workers to overworked and underpaid and a high employee turnover. No documented plan and policies
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees at exit interview and put in place a working plan to make corrections.

Pros – Good PTO, good clients, accessibility to leadership team, desire to be a larger company means they aggressively pursue new business
Cons – Worst leadership skills I have ever experienced from CEO, COO. Poor communications to other employees. Input not accepted unless you hold a certain level of title. Never willing to admit mistakes, but instead, eager to throw "lower" employees under the bus.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat all employees fairly. Everyone at AMR is trying to help the company grow. Make sure managers are qualified, both professionally and characteristically. Demand a high-level of ethics from managers. Admit mistakes and do what you can to fix them instead of losing good employees over them.
