Pros
Flexible hours, I got to meet a lot of cool people who I am still in contact with, and the discount is really awesome.
Cons
It takes a while to get use to the music, and the customers complain a lot, but if you know how to talk to people without being rude shouldn't be too difficult.
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
The part time employees made the job worthy. I enjoyed working with the employees, made work fun. I Looked forward to the diversity of the individuals that were hired.
Cons
Upper management is unprofessional (including RM, DM, SM) Unrecognized the work that the employees do. The do not care about their management, they do not try to help you advance. Upper managements focus is getting promoted themselves. Other than that they can care less who you are.
Advice to Senior Management
recognize your employees, promote the right people, do not DISCRIMINATE. People should be promoted based on their performance, professionalism, organized, a leader but also a follower. ANF has these policies that they dont follow themselves.
