Pros

Gym access, excellent management and leadership, constant push to achieve and be a better employee, great benefits and salary also.

Cons

Lots of work, working outside of normal working hours to meet strict and stringent deadlines. Lack of an established formal review process

Good compensation, free access to gym. Great individuals at almost every level and an atmosphere where it was very easy to get along with everybody.

Very poor leadership. No real ability to take the long view or to plan and implement any long term plans properly even when necessary.

Advice to Senior Management

They need to actually do what they say. And I mean they really have to do it, it can not just be lip service or a belief that such things are being done. Take the time to actually validate.

Lots - the culture, the diversity within the employees. The management and leadership are top notch and the pay is great too.

There is lots of work to do, and it is sometimes expected to work outside of your normal working hours.

These guys have grown during a time when everyone else was shrinking. Product direction is looking good. Salary and benefits are good.

Trying to merge all of the businesses that ANX has been confusing. Communication could have been better. There has been a lot of turnover in sales.

Company lacks direction, focus on what they want to be
Sales expectations are very short.
