Not much to improve when compared with other companies in the industry. AOL is the right place to work with.

Not worked here long enough to say. It does look good so far--the AOL rebranding looks like a successful attempt.

I can't say because I have not worked here long enough. It is possible that because it is such a large company, if you aren't in a crucial vertical, you will not get resources that you want.

Don't take what people say on glassdoor too seriously. The incentives to give accurate reviews are misaligned and won't be useful.

Lay-offs and/or reorgs happen every 3-6 months.
