    ProsEasy to get a job here. Work within reason with scheduling issues.

    ConsWe are outsourced and when I started working here we were doing Apple troubleshooting and now I'm doing Best Buy sales. I much prefered the troubleshooting to sales. You have no control over who they have a contract with.

    A nightmare!!!!

    ProsDon't see any type of growth or good in this job!! ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH SOMETHING REGARDS TO PAY!!!

    ConsDon't get paid hours you worked!!! Be ready to be jobless because you will get layed off!! With out notice!!

    Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to figure out whats going on in payroll two weeks by past And still no pay for hours owed/ careless management they say they care on your first day but really don't!!

    Nothing exceptionally Great

    Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Phoenix, AZ

    ProsThere is a tendency to form a close bond with the people you work with.
    Incentives and reward for hard work was recognized.
    Sometimes there is free lunch, gift cards and branded company products that are given to the staff

    ConsToo much unnecessary corrective actions are given. This can be very demotivating
    Lack of proper communication from Senior staffs to junior staffs.
    Low pay compared to other call centers

    Advice to Senior ManagementReduce the amount of corrective actions you give . It only demotivates people from putting their best on the calls
