    I have been working at APAC Customer Services full-time

    Pros

    A lot of overtime is always available.

    Cons

    No regular raises, no benefits, no bonuses and lack of work culture.

    food on sight (still have to pay) and training

    Cons

    micromanaging everything. no creative freedom main focus is on scorecards... not customers.

    listen to employees and customers.

    i just think the company need a make over or another company need to buy them and apply new standards

    I have been working at APAC Customer Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Once you certify, the pay is decent and there is fast opportunity for advancement. I enjoy my coworkers and every now then they throw a celebration in honor of the employees.

    Cons

    I agree with one of the previous reviews. EGS formerly Apac will set you up for failure. When your hired they will tell you that the rumor involving their turnover rate is a rumor. False! There's no rumor about it. They are CONSTANTLY hiring but VTOing the tenure employees claiming no hours. If you don't have the hours to give, why are you constantly hiring??? They also push up to move "up" to different Dept's claiming advancement opportunities but this shady company has a trick up there sleeve. You have to certify in the advanced field in order to get the pay increase but if you don't you face an 89% chance of losing your job. When you except the position they'll tell you if you don't certify,no worries. You'll go back to your previous position. This is a half truth. If your previous position is full ( which it most likely will be because they are always hiring) there is no going back. You will be fired. They rather pay to train new ppl than let the tenure employees regain their position. Definitely a set up for failure! Get hired is easy but be careful about excepting "advancement opportunities". Its your quickest way of gaining unemployment.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest with your employees. Some ppl actually need and value their jobs. Setting ppl up to be fired is NOT cool. If your trying to save money, stop hiring soooo many ppl. You spend more money hiring & training then keeping your current employees. Try offering more part time jobs if that's the case. Not everyone is cut out for every dept. Stop twisting people's arm to get them to "move up" and holding them hostage in a position that's not cut out for them and firing them when the don't "make the cut". Its very sad how this company can operate. I actually liked working here up until a couple of months ago....

    Been there 5 years and they don't give raises, to many rules place is like a prison

    We are adults we don't need to be micro managed

    Pros

    Quick opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

    High turnover rate. No raises without promotion. No personal nor sick PTO only 80 vacation. Disgusting facilities to work in. Management only cares for themselves and not the people who gives them jobs to do in the first place.

    Rethink your company morals and focus on making your employees comfortable.

    Pros

    None but the pay when u certify . . . . . . . . . . .

    Cons

    The management team is a joke. They walk all over the employees and then srt them up for failure or to be fired. When there are issues with management even HR is USELESS! The facility is nasty and I personally and about 10 other employees contracted scabies from this plce and they never properly cleaned.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the top managers and work your way down. There is too much favoritism and the managers are untouchable when it comes to complaints.

    They are flexible with schedules, so it creates a good work life balance.

    Cons

    The pay is not that great. The metrics that you have to meet can be stressful Micro managed
