Pros

Pay is decent and the position is secure if you tow the company line. Office is in a nice location. Lenient about working hours and use of personal equipment.

Cons

Difficult to get use of vacation time approved. Vacation time must be used in the year its accrued, but not always possible to use it. When leaving, unused vacation/sick time is NOT paid out.
Management plays too many games.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop playing games and treat people equally rather than having favorites, the despised and the rest. Also, stick to your promises (bonuses mentioned but not paid, company parties put out and then canceled, unused vacation promised to be preserved but not actually saved).
